  1. Purpose of the Website:
    • Maintain the membership list.
    • Create a calendar of events (Tournaments and Social events).
    • Allow members to sign up for events.
  1. Membership Login & Profile Management:
    • Current members must log in to update their profile, register for events, or renew membership.
    • Membership renewal is accessed via the “My Profile” option under the Members menu.
  1. New Member Registration:
    • New members can subscribe and create a profile via the Setup menu.
  1. Event Registration:
    • Members must log in to register for events.
    • Panache Events: Individual registration.
    • Doublette/Triplette Events: Only one member registers the team. Additional player names must be manually entered, and these will appear on the roster as typed.
  1. Canceling Registrations:
    • Only the member who created the registration can cancel it.
    • Canceling a Doublette/Triplette registration removes the entire team.
  1. Viewing Events:
    • Non-logged-in users can view events and rosters but cannot register.
    • Events can be accessed via the Calendar page. Clicking the event logo or “Details” shows event details and provides a “Register” link for logged-in users.
